Ø Can I change or cancel my order after I place it?
We accept cancellations within one hour of order placement.
Heating and preservation
Ø Where does your food come from?
We use high-quality suppliers to ensure that the ingredients are fresh and uncontaminated from the purchase, transportation, production, packaging, and distribution stages. Ensuring your food safety is our goal.
Ø Do you provide Halal food?
We provide some halal food, and we will mark it on the side of the product accordingly.
Ø How should I prepare the food?
You only need to poke a few holes in the sealing film of our food box before heating (to prevent explosion after expansion due to heat), and put it in the microwave for 3 to 4 minutes. If the rice is still hard after 3 minutes of microwave heating, you can continue to microwave for 1 minutes.
* Be careful of high-temperature steam when you open the sealing film! ! !
Ø Can it be heated in the oven?
Our food packaging boxes cannot be heated in the oven.
Ø How long can these meals be stored?
Generally, they can be stored in the refrigerator at 2°c to 5°c for 7 to 8 days. Please refer to the label on the side of the food box for details.
*If the food box seal is bulging or cracked at any time, please do not eat it!!!
Ø What if I have allergies?
If you have any food allergies, please contact us before placing an order.
You can also make a note with the order to indicate your allergens and food spiciness and other production requirements.

We are committed to providing you with 100% high-quality food. If you have any problems with the dishes, please contact us immediately and explain the situation to us, and our customer service team will do their best to solve it for you.
Packaging
Ø How does my food stay cool?
All meals are packaged with special ice packs and insulation, so your food stays cool until you receive it.
Ø Can I recycle my packaging?
Yes, our food boxes are recyclable. The insulation and food seal in the box can be recycled along with soft plastics. The ice packs can be reused, or emptied (flush down the sink with hot water) and recycled.
Delivery
Ø What days do you deliver?
Orders placed before 12pm from Monday to Thursday will be made and packed and shipped on the same day, and will arrive the next day (Tuesday to Friday). All orders placed after 12pm on Thursday and during the weekend will be made and packed and shipped on the following Monday, and will arrive on the following Tuesday.
*During holidays, the courier company is closed, so no orders are made and shipped on holidays. All orders during this period will be postponed to the first working day for production and shipment. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Ø Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver to the whole of the UK, but we cannot deliver to some areas in Scotland, Northern Ireland, and some islands because the courier company cannot guarantee that our fresh ingredients will be delivered to you the next day.
Ø How will my meal be delivered?
We use DHL's next-day delivery service. You will receive a relevant message in your email after the package is sent out in the afternoon of the same day. The next day, you will receive an approximate delivery time in your mailbox, and our customer service staff will also provide you with the latest updates of the courier as soon as possible.
Ø How much does it cost to ship?
The minimum delivery price for an order is £39.99, and the delivery fee is £5.99. Free shipping for orders over £59.99.
Ø What if I'm not at home?
Because our food is fresh, we want you to receive the package as soon as possible and store it in the refrigerator. If it is not convenient for you to receive it on the same day, please let us know in advance, and we can adjust the production and delivery date of the order until you can receive the package the next day.
